, The Classical Art School of Long Island, New York,
offers a unique program in traditional Painting
and Sculpture for art students of all ages.
Since the beginning, the Classical Art School
has provided an opportunity for students to study
the traditional methods much neglected in high
schools and colleges. Seeking a way to better
connect with Long Island's growing population
of realist artists, in November of 2007, Kiril
Tzotchev, partnered with Leeanna Chipana, previously,
Administrative Director of the Stevenson Academy
of Fine Arts, to re-open the school with a more
structured and well rounded program. Today, the
Classical Art School offers a wider range of classes,
including a young artists program, high school
college portfolio preparation, as well as its
regular intensive sculpture classes.
Mission Statement
To offer every art student an opportunity
to have access to an affordable, quality art education
taught by professional art instructors in the
pursuit of reviving the beauty, skill and great
appreciation of classical realism on Long Island.
